Since everyone else is doing it, I might as well join in. Salutations, I am the roguepolymath. What is a polymath? I thought you’d never ask. A polymath is someone is proficient in many different fields of study. Also commonly referred to as a “renaissance man”. So why the rogue? Because the world as we know it is hostile to such endeavors. The world preaches specialization and segregates knowledge subjects from each other. Being a well-rounded individual has taken a back seat to the fast track to being a one trick pony trying to out trick all the other ponies. That just doesn’t appeal to me. Some of my favorite hobbies and interests are things I used to know nothing about. Maybe there are other out there who feel the same way. Or maybe I’ll plant a seed that will grow later on. Either way, if you’ve taken the time to read this, I thank you for your time and hope I have sparked your curiosity. Let the mayhem begin!
